Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CUE▶FWD, operated by a sole proprietorship operating in Washington State, USA. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using the service for a band, label, or management company, you confirm you are authorized to accept on their behalf.
What the service does
CUE▶FWD hosts an artist page, release and show pages, a press kit, and a fan mailing list, along with tools for managing them. Features change as the product develops. We describe what exists today, not what is planned.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else. You must be at least 13, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — music, images, video, and text. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your content, and to display and distribute it on the pages you publish.
You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including any music, artwork, and photography. If you use someone else's recording, sample, or image, that is on you to clear.
Your fan list
Fans on your list are yours. We do not email them for our own purposes and we do not sell or rent your list. In return you agree to send only what they consented to receive, to honour unsubscribes, and not to import addresses collected elsewhere without their permission — the signup flow uses double opt-in for exactly this reason.
You are the controller of your list and responsible for the content you send. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Infringe copyright or other rights.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or mail addresses that did not opt in.
- Impersonate another artist, person, or organisation.
- Publish unlawful, harassing, or deliberately misleading material.
- Probe, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Upload malware, or use the platform to distribute it.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material here infringes your copyright, contact privacy@cuefwd.com with a description of the work, its location, and your contact details. We remove infringing material and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
Paid plans
Where a paid plan is offered, fees and billing period are shown before you subscribe. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops future charges while leaving the current period in place. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a material change that meaningfully reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful. You can ask us to export or delete your data — see the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
